I was using the piano sample as the foundation of the beat .. pushing all the movement around it. The percussive nature of the piano led me to use drums that were propellant and were not just synchronized but in certain ways syncopated. A mix of some odd samples and more standard hip hop fare. There are some mechanical sprinkles added into the composition
